Delores' Favorite Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    double crust pastry
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    wee pinch of cloves
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 c. thinly sliced, pared, tart apples
    1/4 c. cream
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Roll out 1/2 of pastry; fit into 9-inch pie pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Roll out other 1/2 of pastry and put over filling.
    Flute edges.
    Cut several slits near center. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden and juices bubble up through slits.
