Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 Tbsp. white syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. quick oatmeal
Preparation

Boil sugar, cocoa, milk, butter and white syrup.
Remove from heat and add vanilla, peanut butter and salt.
Mix well and add oatmeal while still warm.
Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper; let harden.
Yield:
36 cookies.
