Double Cheese Meat Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. soda cracker crumbs
    2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix meat, egg, cracker crumbs, onions and seasonings with 1/3 cup of sauce.
    Pat on a piece of wax paper into rectangle; sprinkle cheese over.
    Roll like a jelly roll and place in bread pan.
    Pour remaining sauce over.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
