Broccoli Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 onion, chopped
4 eggs
1/2 c. sweet milk
8 oz. grated cheese
fresh broccoli, cut from stem according to amount you like

Preparation

Put one stick oleo in 9 x 12-inch pan.
Melt in oven.
Mix other ingredients.
Then pour 1/2 of oleo into mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
You can use muffin pans.
