Armadillo Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole canned jalapeno peppers
    ground pork sausage (any kind)
    Monterey Jack cheese
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    (Wear plastic gloves.)
    Rinse jalapenos and slit to remove seeds.
    Stuff with slices of each kind of cheese.
    Wrap sausage around outside of jalapeno, completely covering.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn over.
    Bake 15 minutes more, then broil to brown if necessary.
