Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Grease 2 bread pans.
Add sugar, oil and vanilla to the eggs. Beat until thick.
Add the zucchini.
Sift in the flour and the cinnamon.
Add the walnuts or pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
