Nutty Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated, peeled and shredded zucchini
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat oil with eggs, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add to oil mixture; mix thoroughly.
    Stir in grated zucchini, nuts and raisins.
    Turn in 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
