Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farms or stuffing mix with sage and onion, divided
1/2 c. (1 stick) melted margarine
4 c. (approx. 3 lb.) cooked and diced chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups chicken broth
Preparation

Combine stuffing mix and margarine. Put half of stuffing in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add chicken on top. In a separate bowl, combine cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups with broth. Pour soup mixture over chicken and sprinkle with remaining stuffing mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
