Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 bell peppers
1 lb. ground round
1 can tomatoes
1 pkg. rice
1 pkg. Chili-O mix
cheese (your choice)
1 large onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 to 2 c. water
Preparation

Fix rice per directions (20 minutes).
Brown ground beef; add onion, garlic, oregano and seasoned salt.
Simmer until done.
Add Chili-O mix or 2 tablespoons of chili powder.
Add tomatoes and water.
Simmer until rice is done.
Add rice to ground beef. Blanch green peppers (1 per person).
Fill with ground beef mixture.
Top with cheese.
