Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/4 lb. oleo or butter
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. quick cook oats
1/4 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
Preparation

Cook sugar, milk, butter and cocoa for 1 1/2 minutes.
Start counting when mixture reaches a full rolling boil.
Remove from heat and add oats, nuts, vanilla and peanut butter.
Beat well until blended.
Spoon onto waxed paper or foil.
Let cool for about 10 or 15 minutes.
Ready from start to finish in less than 20 minutes.
