Tate'S Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium size zucchini, diced
    2 large onions
    2 bell peppers (1 red, 1 green)
    1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 1/2 lb. American cheese, diced (Velveeta may be used)
Preparation
    Saute ground beef in a skillet until browned.
    Add peppers, garlic and onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
    While meat is cooking, make corn muffin mix batter according to directions. Place half of the batter in a greased bread pan.
    Over the batter, place a layer of the meat mixture.
    Add a layer of zucchini, then cheese.
    Keep layering until mixture is gone.
    Finally, add the rest of the corn muffin mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
