Orange Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cake yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. grated orange rind
3 c. sifted flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. shredded candied orange peel
Preparation

Combine yeast and sugar.
Let stand a few minutes.
Heat orange juice to lukewarm and add to yeast.
Add remaining ingredients, except candied orange peel.
Beat well.
Let rise until doubled in bulk.
Knead in orange peel on well floured board.
Shape into a loaf and let rise until doubled in bulk, or until light.
Bake in moderate oven (375\u00b0) 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.
