Chili Mac - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. macaroni
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 qt. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 (No. 300) can kidney beans
    1 (No. 303) can tomatoes
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    garlic powder (optional)
Preparation
    Add macaroni and salt to boiling water; boil for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Drain and rinse in cold water, then drain thoroughly.
