Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 bananas, diced
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 small pkg. frozen strawberries
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add berries slightly frozen (do not mash berries).
    Add pineapple and bananas.
    Pour 1/2 of mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or dish.
    Chill until firm.
    Spread with sour cream.
    Add remaining gelatin on top. Chill.
    Pour more sour cream on top when firm.
