Bread Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 sticks margarine
celery salt
parsley flakes
garlic powder
poultry seasoning
2 bags day old hot dog buns
Preparation

Slice buns two ways so that each bun makes four bread sticks. Brush each stick liberally with melted margarine to which some garlic powder has been added (to taste).
Sprinkle buttered sticks with celery salt, poultry seasoning and parsley flakes.
Place sticks on cookie sheet in low oven (200\u00b0 to 250\u00b0).
Bake approximately 1 hour or until sticks are very dry and crisp. Allow to cool completely before placing in bags.
Can be frozen.
