Squash Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. squash, boiled and drained
2 carrots, grated
1 large onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
3/4 stick margarine
Preparation

In large bowl, blend soup and sour cream; add carrots, onion and squash.
Melt butter and add stuffing mix.
Stir thoroughly. Spread half of mix on bottom of large casserole dish.
Pour squash mixture over and top with remaining stuffing mix.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serves 12.
