Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini, peeled and sliced
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    pastry for two-crust pie
Preparation
    Cover zucchini with boiling water.
    Let set for 5 minutes. Drain and put into pie crust. Combine brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar, salt, flour and lemon juice and pour over zucchini.
    Dot with margarine and cover with top crust.
    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Tastes like apple pie.
