Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    non-nutritive sweetener equivalent to 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. diet margarine
    2 tsp. orange peel, grated
    2 eggs
    1 c. nonfat milk
    1 c. white raisins, chopped
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped fine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift dry ingredients; add margarine, orange peel, eggs and nonfat milk.
    Mix until blended.
    Stir in nuts and raisins.
    Place in well-greased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch).
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until loaf tests done. Remove from pan and store 12 hours before slicing.
