Two Hour Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    7 to 8 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Fermigon instant yeast
Preparation
    Mix water, sugar, oil and eggs together; set aside.
    In another bowl mix 2 tablespoons yeast in 4 cups flour.
    Add to water, sugar, oil and eggs.
    Mix together.
    Mix salt into 2 more cups flour and add to first mixture and mix together.
    Add rest of flour to make soft dough.
    Let raise 15 minutes.
    Knead; let raise 15 minutes more.
    Put in pans and let raise 1 hour or until double.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 48 small buns or 24 large buns.
