Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 oz. poppy seed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Gradually add salad oil.
Sift flour, salt, and soda. Add alternately with milk.
Add vanilla and poppy seed.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake 1 hour.
Makes 2 loaves.
