Kona Inn Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine or butter
    2 c. sugar
    6 or 7 ripe bananas, mashed
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. nuts and/or 6 to 8 oz. chocolate chips
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar thoroughly.
    Add
    bananas and eggs. Sift dry ingredients; blend into
    creamed
    mixture, but do not overmix.
    Pour into loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Yields 2 (1 1/2-pound) loaves.
