Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large ripe bananas
1 c. sugar
1 egg
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted and cooled
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts (walnuts)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. In bowl, mash bananas (you should have 1 cup).
Beat in sugar, then egg and butter.
In another bowl, stir together flour, salt and baking soda.
Add to banana mixture and stir just until all flour is moistened.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes.
Makes 1 loaf.
