6 Loaf White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. milk, scalded
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 cube margarine
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. warm water
    15 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in 1/2 cup warm water; set aside.
    Mix 5 cups flour with all other ingredients.
    When smooth, add yeast mixture.
    Add about 10 cups more flour; beat for 15 minutes.
    Let rise 1 1/2 hours.
    Knead down; let rise again for 40 minutes.
    Knead down; let rise again for 20 minutes.
    Put in pans; let rise to double in bulk.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
