Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic salt in butter over medium heat.
    Add ground beef and brown.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Stir in soups and simmer.
    Just before serving, add sour cream and heat.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
