Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
