Cardamon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm milk
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cardamon
2 3/4 c. flour
1 egg
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
Cream sugar and butter.
Beat in egg.
Add yeast, salt, cardamon, milk and flour and knead.
Let it raise for 1 1/4 hours.
Punch down and braid.
Rise it for 40 more minutes.
Brush with milk and sugar. Grease baking sheet.
Oil hands when working with dough.
Cook in oven at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
