Ice Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Ritz crackers (out of 1 lb. box), crushed fine (reserve 2/3 c. for top of pie)
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream or any flavor
    2 small pkg. regular instant pudding or any flavor
    1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Melt stick of oleo.
    Add crushed Ritz crackers to make crust. Press into bottom and sides of 9
    x 13-inch cake pan.
    Soften 1/2 gallon ice cream and add 2 small packages instant pudding.
    Place this mixture in crust.
    Top with Cool Whip and reserve 2/3 cup crushed crackers and freeze.
    Thaw a little before serving.
