Cheese-Frosted Cauliflower(Easy And Quick) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
paprika
tomato wedges (optional)
parsley (optional)
Preparation

Wash cauliflower; remove leaves and cut out base.
Cook, covered, in boiling salted water 12 to 15 minutes or until tender; drain.
Place cauliflower in shallow ungreased baking pan.
Combine mayonnaise and mustard; spread over cauliflower.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over cauliflower and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with tomato wedges and parsley, if desired.
Yield:
6 servings.
