Pumpkin Bread #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. orange juice
    2 c. freshly cooked or canned pumpkin
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients well in one bowl.
    Combine wet ingredients in separate large bowl.
    Add dry ingredients slowly to wet ingredients, mixing well.
    Grease 2 loaf pans and line bottom with wax paper.
    Divide mix in pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
    (This freezes well and makes good muffins, too!)
