Beef Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 1/2 lb.) boneless beef roast
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
8 oz. can tomatoes with juice
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 large onion, sliced
Preparation

Rub meat with mixture of salt, chili powder and paprika. Place in roasting pot.
Stir remaining ingredients together and pour over meat.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
