Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    16 oz. can pumpkin (solid pack)
    3 eggs
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat together first 5 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in 2 ungreased loaf pans.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Remove from pans and cool completely.
