White Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large chicken breast
3 large potatoes, diced
3 cans Bush's northern beans
1 onion, diced
2 T. cumin
2 c. half and half
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut chicken into pieces and cook.
Then add diced potatoes and diced onion:
cook until onion and potatoes are soft.
Add beans and cumin and heat.
When this is warm add half & half then rewarm. When this is very warm add the cheese slowly while stirring. (Mixture needs to be very hot before adding cheese or it will stick to the bottom.)
After cheese has melted, serve with a dollop of sour cream if desired.
