Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. Mazola oil or melted shortening
Preparation

Place all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
With spoon, make a deep well in center.
In this well add all the other ingredients, stir carefully, just enough to dampen all the dry ingredients.
pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 2 3/4 inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
I always add some chopped nuts and sprinkle some sugar over the top before baking.
