Moist Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    4 beaten eggs
    3 c. sugar
    2 c. pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix the margarine, eggs, sugar, pumpkin and water.
    Add the flour, salt, vanilla, baking soda and nutmeg.
    Stir and add 1 cup chopped walnuts.
    Put in greased loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 3 loaves.
