Zucchini Bread Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    You will need 2 large loaf pans or 3 small loaf pans.
    Beat well eggs, sugar and cooking oil.
    Add zucchini and vanilla. Blend flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Sift several times and add to first mixture.
    Use a little flour to coat raisins and pecans. Stir into mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
