El Dorado Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 pkg. tortilla chips
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. sliced olives, drained
    3 to 4 chilies (1 can chopped chilies)
    2 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Fry beef; add onion, garlic, olives and tomato sauce.
    Combine sour cream, cottage cheese and chilies in bowl.
    Crush 1/2 package of tortilla chips; put in bottom of casserole dish.
    Add 1/2 meat, 1/2 cheese and 1 cup Monterey cheese; repeat.
    Finish with cheese on top.
    Makes 2 casserole.
    Freeze one and bake one.
    Bake at moderate temperature until heated.
