Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla or banana extract
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat oil and sugar together.
Add eggs and bananas.
Beat well.
Add sifted dry ingredients, milk and vanilla.
Mix well and stir in nuts.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch) for 1 hour.
(Watch baking time, it will depend on your oven.)
Good with cream cheese for tea sandwiches.
