Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. sour milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda, dissolve in a little hot water
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. nuts, chopped
3 ripe bananas, mashed
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs, sour milk and dissolved baking soda.
Add flour, nuts and bananas.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes in greased loaf pan.
