Sweet Potato Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. oil
1 c. dried cranberries
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, sweet potatoes, oil and vanilla.
Mix all dry ingredients and add to sweet potato mixture, stirring only enough to blend. Fold in cranberries.
Pour into 2 greased 8-inch loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
