Crock-Pot Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. onions
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 flour tortillas (6 to 7-inch)
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Cook hamburger, onion and green pepper until tender. Add beans, water, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 10 minutes.
