Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated unpeeled zucchini squash
Preparation
    Sift together flour, spices, baking powder, soda and salt. Beat eggs well.
    Gradually add sugar and oil, mixing well.
    Add vanilla and dry ingredients; blend well.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in 1 Bundt pan or 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan.
