Applesauce Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. shortening
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. applesauce
1 c. quick oats
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg on sheet of waxed paper; set aside.
