Sue Sue'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, seasoned to taste
    1 onion, chopped
    8 oz. egg noodles, cooked
    1 can English peas
    1 can Mexicorn
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions, drain.
    In a large mixing bowl, mix peas, corn, soups and sour cream.
    Add noodles and meat; mix well. Pour into a large casserole or two medium casserole dishes.
    Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
