Bishop'S Court Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    2 tsp. soda
    2 c. flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add
    sugar,
    salt,
    oil,
    cinnamon,
    nutmeg, pumpkin, water, soda and flour.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Makes 4 small loaves.
