Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c sifted flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 c oil
    1/2 c sugar
    1/2 c brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c grated carrots
    1/2 c chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    In a mixing bowl combine oil, sugars, eggs.
    Then beat until well blended.
    Add dry ingredients and blend well.
    Stir in carrots and nuts.
    Spoon batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
    Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour or until done.
    Cool, slice and spread with cream cheese.
