Tomato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. tomato puree
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 stick melted butter
    3 c. bread squares (packed, about 5 slices)
Preparation
    Heat first four ingredients until butter melts. Remove from heat and add bread cubes.
    This may be done ahead of baking time. When ready to serve, place in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Bake for 15 minutes. Take out and stir.
    Bake another 15 minutes, covered.
