Health Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    2 c. rolled oats
    2 c. Rice Krispies
    1 c. pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease baking sheet lightly with shortening.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cream margarine.
    Add sugars and cream well.
    Beat eggs well and combine with creamed mixture.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add to other mixture.
    Add oats, Rice Krispies, pecans and vanilla.
    Chill for 15 minutes.
    Form dough into balls.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Bake until light brown, about 8 minutes. Let stand on sheet until cool (suitable for freezing).
