Frosting For Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large egg white, whipped to foamy appearance
    1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Add powdered sugar to whipped egg white.
    If too runny, add more powdered sugar.
    If too thick, add a few drops of water.
    Add desired food coloring.
    Frost cookies.
    Let stand to set up.
    Store in airtight container.
