Miss Cook'S Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. mashed very ripe banana (2 medium)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.
In a separate bowl, stir together slightly beaten eggs, cooking oil, buttermilk, vanilla extract and mashed banana.
Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients.
Stir with spoon until evenly mixed.
Stir in chopped nuts.
Pour into well-greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
