Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. squash, sliced
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. pkg. stuffing mix
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain. Combine soup and sour cream. Fold in squash and onion. Combine stuffing with butter; spread half of stuffing mix in bottom of casserole dish. Spoon squash mixture on top. Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
